Shipping policy
We make our best effort to ship out your order as soon as possible. Due to the small nature of our business it can sometimes take time to process and prepare your order for shipping. Please note, shipping times estimated during the checkout process are after any processing time on our end.
How long does it take to process an order?
We can often process and ship out your order in less than 2 business days, however, our standard lead time is 5 - 7 business days. This is because we are making products as fast as we can sell them.
What does In Stock mean for Chewie & Co.?
A product listed as In Stock on our website means it's a currently active product that we expect we can fulfill within our standard lead time. This may mean we have stock sitting on the shelf, but this may also mean we have the materials on hand to produce it immediately. By contrast, an Out of Stock item means we are waiting on the materials to produce the item and cannot be certain when we may be able to fulfill an order. Please contact us if you're interested in any Out of Stock items and we can provide a more detailed availability date.
What if my order isn't processed within 5 - 7 business days?
If for any reason your order can't be processed within our standard lead time, we will contact you to let you know why and when you can expect your item. Please feel free to reach out to us at anytime to get an update on your order status at info@chewieco.com. We will always be completely transparent on where in the process your order is and when we expect to ship it out. If your order is taking longer than expected, you will always have the option to cancel your order for a full refund at anytime prior to your order being shipped.
I'm ordering last minute for a special occasion and need my order by a certain date, can you help?
Absolutely! Place your order as normal and contact us immediately with your order number and timing details and we will work with you to get your order to you by the time you need it. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to expedite last minute orders depending on the timeline and production phase of the products being ordered. We will always do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Definitely, please follow the instructions on the checkout page or contact us with any questions.
How long does shipping take?
Once an item is shipped out (processed) by us, it will usually take the estimated time provided by the shipping method you chose on checkout. If you do not receive your order within the given window please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If a shipping option isn't available for your address on checkout, please contact us and we will help place your order and provide shipping details.
